Grand designs

After a day sweating in the Suffolk heat I thought I had lost enough weight for one week already, but thought i should check in on the evil lump of plastic to check in so it doesn’t moan too much at me next time.  While I climbed aboard HMS Wiifit to check tonight’s guttage I had in the back of my mind burned a simple though, if I’m down from Friday I will slum it of call of duty 3 for  a couple of hours but if I’m up then I’ll do some running.

Damn my rule making.

I did two half hour runs equaling  just over 20k yet some how I managed to gain 2lbs in weight from my before and after weigh in.  How in the name of all things holy did i manage that?

Any way after much scratching at bits of paper during the day, I’ve finally settled on a design for the website.  Time to slap photoshop around to see if some of this works.
