Anyway as all I was doing was fighting skeletons and some zombies I let it go for a bit thinking if it turns nasty then I would turn it off, shes seen Jason and the Argonauts so knows all about blokes fighting skeletons. I’m sneaking around in a cave picking off skeletons from afar with my bow (I made a thief/ranger/scout character which is my typical character) and she starts asking questions. What can i do but explain the joys of dungeoneering and quests? While talking about the character class I mentioned a few including monks and she asked if they are ones who go round praising God… How do you explain holy men who kick arse for the Lord as a PC?
So now she enjoys watching me play and we talk about what to do in the game and she even told me off for picking a lock! I did explain that its the kind of character I tend to play and she wasn’t too chuffed at my answer of it was stealing from an evil character (stealing is just wrong ok kids) and she even grasped the idea of using blunt weapons on skeletons without me having to go into too much details.
I did one quest which involved a whole village being turned invisible and you need to find a local wizard who did it by mistake. I restored the village but we found I had my luck cursed as a result and shes now kind of concerned that my luck has dropped really low. We have been looking for a solution to the problem and its fun hearing her ideas 
I’m avoiding the fights while she is around now but we like wandering the countryside looking at the scenery and roaming the main city but I would love to know what kind of D&D char she would roll up.
You shouldn’t be corrupting a fragile young mind like that! Because next thing you know she’ll be wanting to buy little metal figures and spending pointless hours painting them. It’s the thin edge of a downward spiral!
With your charachter choice and fight-avoidance you’re teaching her to be sneaky and run away from conflict, get stuck in and covered in blood. Then you can pretend to be appalled… Oh dear, I just accidentally sliced that wizard in two with my Legend Sword or oh dear that little old peasant lady mus have have, slipped, tripped and skewered herself on my dagger… that kind of thing?
